Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hi guys, I filed my AOS December 2019. My interview is scheduled on Feb 2, 2021. I have a question about Medicaid. I had Medicaid for emergency services only from December 2020 through January 2021. Last week, I just withdrew it since I already have private health insurance. When I had Medicaid for emergency services, I never used my medicaid to pay my hospital visit since a) I already have insurance, b) my Medicaid cannot be used at least it is emergency situation. Now I have couple questions about public benefit. I have been researching about this and how USCIS worded their website is totally confusing.

1. The new Public Charge rule start applying for the application or petition after February 24, 2020. Since my application was filed at December, 2019, will this new public charge rule even applied on my case? Will officer ask question about this?
2. I never used my Medicaid, if I never used it but still have it on my hand for two months, does it count as public benefit receives? Because the USCIS said that the application or proof of that I am accepted can be negative factor for public charge rule.
3. I had emergency only Medicaid through Indiana State, since this was not normal Medicaid, will this even count as public benefit?

Thank you. I asked this question to my lawyer and he said I will be totally fine since it was emergency only Medicaid but I just want to hear you guys opinion on this.
