Miami office processing RFEs
Hello to all . Does anyone happen to know .. when the local field office sends an RFE regarding the AOS i-485 , would the response to the FRE get processed through the field office where the RFE originated from or ? The Miami office sent an RFE , to which I responded within the time frame outlined ( that was back in May 2019 !!! ) I know Fedex delivered it to the field office as per the instruction but I cant confirm that it has been attached to my file , processed .. reviewed or anything , no mention of it on line or a confirmation that my response has been received ! It is devastating not being to check or follow up on anything ..if anyone has had a similar experience and can shed some light it would be great . Best of luck to all
