Minor errors on I-130 and i-485
Hey guys, I have interview coming at Feb. 2. I was going through application copy and I found 2 errors that my attorney apparently made on the form which is
1. They put all the marriage info but they marked single/never married on check box on I-130
2, My employment history on I-485, they put 08/2019 which is wrong cauae I worked there since 08/2018.
I think this is minor error that will not effect my case but, should I mention to officer at the interview to fix this info on the application? Does anyone have this experience? Thank you!
