Missed interview
Hi everyone!
If anyone was in the same situation - please HELP!
Our interview was scheduled for yesterday. But long before that I already booked by flight to my home country, and the interview had appeared to be on the day when I'm overseas. My lawyer submitted the request to reschedule an interview for us, but I guess they still did not get the letter from her. So they didnot reschedule it and instead my case says that we just did not come to the interview...
I'm overseas with my travel parole. The lawyer is trying to fix the situation, but she said she had never experienced something like this. The question is: what to do now? My flight back to the US is in 1 month. Will I be able to enter the country now? I was even thinking to change my flight and fly back to the US immediately until my case is denied... Do you think it's necessary? Who was in the similar situation?
