Missing Receipt
Really need help
I applied on 10/13, received text notification with receipt number. Online status said sent receipt on 10-19. USPS misplace or delivered wrong address, I never receive the mail. Today on 11/18 sent E-request of copy via using tools. I am wondering how effectively the tools works,. After submitting request received automated email saying I will be hearing back on around December 10th. I was tried contacting uscis, unfortunately they system never let me talk to representative. My DL is expiring on dec 31st. My employer is asking extension letter. Has any one has similar experience like mine, please advise, I am loosing job and status,
