mistake in I797B
hi friends....
Iam a regular reader of this Discussion forum.Thank u very much for patiently writing down all ur experiences.
I have to attend embassy in Dec20 for H1 B.My petetioner has sent all Documents recently.
Unfortunate thing is I found a spelling mistake in my name which in mentioned in the form I797B.
So Iam in dilama wether to attend embassy or not.
So if anybody faces this problem previously
just inform me how to rectify and how many days it will take ?
