Mothers Visa Issue
Hello,
My father passed away recently and I have one more sibling (brother) who is in US on student visa. I amon greencard. Mother has house, tenants, small nursery business and so will definetly return to India. I want to bring mother for a change..for 6months...
is it:-
1) advisable to say that husband passed away : I amgoing to visit son onhis invitation for 6months for change and also tour with him various places in USA
2)Should one apply for 3-4 instead of 6?
Please guide me in this difficult time.
