Mumbai consulate - resumed services for spouse's GC?
I am a permanent resident who filed for my spouse in india in Jan 2019. I received a mail in August that the documents have been verified and they will work with the Mumbai consulate for an interview. my case still seems to be at NVC. Can anyone help out if the Mumbai consulate has reopened it's services for Green card holder's spouses?
