Case filed Feb. 28, 2019
Case received March 04 2019
PD as of today: March 12
Fingerprints appointment late March
Update on website April 14 "Fingerprint review was completed" for EAD, AP stuck on "Case was received" since the beginning.
No update on the website since then, even though I know there's been movement on my case (prompted by myself).
Raised an expedite request for my AP for emergency travel on Aug. 9. Received confirmation on Aug. 14 saying my request was under review. USCIS technically had 5 days to decide but I haven't heard back yet.
Raised SR for EAD on Aug. 12, (case outside normal processing time), no response so far.
Chatted with representative through Emma 3 times, not at all helpful.
Talked on the phone with Tier 2 officer on Aug. 21. He said the website is not updating because they're having "technical difficulties." Also said I should hear from USCIS about my SR and expedite request on Aug. 27 (I don't know where he got that date or how). I'm not holding my breath.
Any late February/March filers on the same boat, or that can give an update on your case? I've been reading cases of people who filed after me and already got their EAD & AP, I wonder why this happens (happy for them, but I don't understand why they take longer to approve earlier cases)
