My case stuck.
Hello Every one,
I need some help.
10/18/2015 : uscis received I485, I765,I131, I 864 & I693.
11/4/2015 : Fingerprint done.
11/13/2015: Got RFE.
12/18/2016: Uscis got documents for RFE.
1/15/2016: I got combo cad. ( work authorization and advanced parole)
no updates after that.
on July 15, 2016 according to local office ( Hartford, CT) Processing Time Information. my case went out side normal processing time. so I did inquiry on the same day. I suppose to get that inquiry answer with in 30 days, but I didn't get any answer.
On August 17, 2016 I did 2nd inquiry. now USCIS Representative saying to wait 15-30 days to get answer for 2nd inquiry.
on Info-pass appointment I got Answer that My case is at background check office. Local office still didn't received my case.
If any one can give me any suggestion I would appreciate your help.
