Advance Parole

Hey everyone i traveled to mexico with my AP and entered the U.S thru San francisco. Heads up !! the first thing you want to do if you have a connection flight is to have it schedule atleast 4 hrs apart because when i got to san francisco they made me wait on a 2hr line for visitors or visa holders, after waiting almost 2hrs my turn finally came up i went up and they asked me for my papers (AP)and passport they also asked me what was the reason for my travel and how long have i been in the U.S and if i go to school or work and i answered all his question and (yes i got a little nervous) after that he took my finger prints and a picture and put a check mark on the immigration paper that they give everyone inside the airplane (make sure you dont lose that) and then he told me to proceed to the back room that they were going to finish filling out my papers , their system was slow i waited almost 3hrs in the back room they said on a good day its usually 1:30 hr but since their system was down i waited more , they called me up took my finger prints and a picture again and they also asked me for my other copy of my ap paper i told him i didnt have it it was in my luggage just incase i loose one ill have the other one , he asked for another Identification so i gave him my driver license and then waited another 20minutes they called me up stamped my ap paper and my passport and tood me to have a good day.
