My Experience
Hi everyone,

Please see below for my experience so far:

Married US Citizen: January 27th 2017
Filed concurrently I-485, I-765, I-131, I-130 - mailed them on Feb 6th 2017
PD Date: Feb 8th 2017
Got my receipts: Feb 21st 2017
Biometrics Notice: March 13th 2017
Receipts Finally started tracking in USCIS system: March 20th ( just saying "On Feb 8th we received your application etc etc.)
Biometrics Appointment: March 22nd 2017
April 1st: Received a new set of receipts from USCIS in the mail because they forgot to include my date of birth, and date they were received. They notice said this would have no impact on my case.

Up to now, nothing. Nothing had updated in the USCIS tracking, no mention of EAD approval, nothing saying interview ready to be scheduled. So I am just waiting now.

I live in NYC (Manhattan) and my receipts came back with MSC in the serial number meaning they are at the National Benefits Center in Missouri.

I am a Canadian marrying my US boyfriend after being together for 5 1/2 years, 4/12 of which we've lived together here in Manhattan. I came here legally, and have been here for over 4 1/2 years on a series of work visas (j1 visa, applied for H1b but wasn't selected in the lottery, and am now on my 4th TN visa which I have been reapplying for yearly). I am currently on a valid TN visa that expires in November 2017, and filed my adjustment of status while on this. I understand the EAD/Advance parole will over ride this once i receive them. I also already have a social security number because I've been working here for so long.

I also had a prior arrest from 2010 back in Canada, minor shoplifting incident (which I actually didn't do, so the charges were dropped, but I was still initially charged). I included the official paper work from the court showing the charges were dropped and a letter from my lawyer in Canada, explaining they police didn't follow through with it. Hopefully this doesn't hurt my green card case or slow it down.
