PD 12/8/2015; got mail and text 12/15/2015

RFE received about joint sponsor on 01/27/2016

02/14/2016 case ready for scheduling interview
02/23/2016 interview scheduled on 04/04/2016 and also got another RFE - WHY TRAVELLED OUTSIDE USA WITHOUT ADVANCE PAROLE?
We shocked but also went to interview(No EAD/AP by that time): ISO told us since I am on valid visa and reentered with valid visa, so he may overlook the travel case and is gonna approve. Even he gave me the conditional residency signing paper.
After 2 days, the ISO called my phone and told me that he cant approve and he was feeling sorry that all other things were fine except for my travelling without AP! He also suggested to reapply and not to travel without AP. But he approve the I 130.
We got NOA for denial on 04/13/2016 and sent again 485,765 and 131 on that day. Got mail case received on 04/22/2016. My question-
my previous denial will affect this interview? or not? cause its due to travelling without AP.
2nd question- since my I130 already approved and I sent the copy with the packet this time; is it very likely that this time the 485 application will be processed faster?
Will they call me for Biometrics again? Or the previous Biometrics is fine?
