My experience using emergency AP
Hello everyone,

While I'm waiting for my last flight figured I'll share my AP entry experience.

Firstly I've only ever entered US on a Visa waiver, I overstayed since 2016. Married to USC. Pending AOS (interview scheduled for October) got emergency AP due to my mothers passing.

Most of the questioning and clearance actually happened at the UK heathrow airport. Nothing scary, they were all friendly and just asked simple questions. I dunno if he needed the info or was making conversation. Some included Date of marriage, DOB of USC , where we live ect.
Took pics my passport and AP, made calls to someone and I was cleared. Said they will stamp my AP on arrival in US.

In states, Atlanta airport. Told them I have AP and I have pending AOS. He took my picture then said I'll have to make one more stop. Lovely lady walked me to take a seat and wait for my name to be called. Heard my name and he just passed me my passport and said I can go. I tried to ask about the forms but could tell I should just go lol. So they took all my 3 copies of my AP. Kinda annoyed by that. But hey I aint arguing with them. I have stamp in passport thats dated til September 2021.

Feel free to ask me questions and I'll get back to you when I can.
