My Lawyer got troubles
I’m a F2B applicant from my mom. File for Adjustments on Sep 26, 2018 with i-765. Has been over 7 months and no EAD yet. Recently i got news that my lawyer got caught bc of marriage immigration fraud. Could this be the reason of my delay? May be all applications related to my lawyer firm got hold. What should i do now? I’ve contacted my Congressman and pit up a SR over a week ago.
