My timeline
I have been a silent reader on this forum for long time abd information I read there have been very instructive for me through my own process. Today, I decide to share my experience. See my timelibe below:
PD: March 06 (i-130, i-485, i-765) married to USC, New York
March 27: Whole application package has been rejected for incorrect fees
March 29: New checks issued with correct fees and application resubmitted to USCIS
April 01: USCIS received my application, notices in mail on April 05
April 18: Biometrics notice in mail
May 01: Biometrics appointment completed
June 13: Notification of RFE ( missing i-130A, affidavit support and spouse tax report for 2018)
June 21: Response to RFE sent
June 25: USCIS received response to RFE
July 3: " Case ready to be scheduled for interview" for i-485 but nothing for i-765
July 26: " Case was scheduled for interview" for i-485 but i-765 still received.
I am now waiting to get interview notice mailed so that I can get the date and other details but I am confused because my work permit application with SSN card is still pending and I am about finding a goid job. Should I make an expedite request for my EAD? Please advise.
