My Timeline
Compliments of the season to everyone reading this, thank you to everyone that gives an input here, I have being a silent reader for the last 4 to 5 months since I discovered this site. i come on this site everyday from morning, afternoon and night just to read people’s experiences and story and I must be honest that this helped my day go fast cos some stories are funny, some emotional and some just gave me hope and helped me from going into depression of just sitting at home everyday with no job... To cut all the long story short.... I just want to Thank God because My Green card story has come to an end and I want to share my experience because I know it will help someone out there not to give up hope as your time will come soon.

Case Ready to be Scheduled for Interview: Sept 24, 2019.
Interview was Scheduled: Nov 4, 2019
EAD card is being produced: Nov 13, 2019
Application to travel doc approved: Nov 13, 2019.
Combo card delivered in mailbox: Nov 18, 2019
G.C Interview Date: Dec 4, 2019
New card is being produced: Dec 4, 2019
Case Approved: Dec 5, 2019

Card was mailed Dec 10 but had a booked vacation with wifey from Dec 9. I was online all through Dec 12 2019 tracking to see if my green card had being delivered into mailbox but at about 4pm USPS updated saying card was returned back to USCIS because “Addressee unknown” I got furious and kept on calling USPS all day and they were giving me different reasons why but I never stopped calling and finally I spoke to a nicer lady who promised to get in sorted, few minutes later Delaware USPS called and told me to confirm my address and the lady told me to write my name inside the mailbox in my apartment.. my Green card was then Re-routed back to the same address.

My advice for anyone expecting their package, is to always track and make sure your updated because if I hadn’t continued tracking and calling usps they would have sent my green card back and only God knows how long that would have taken.

Got back from vacation with my wife on December 20th and went straight into the mailbox and my green card was waiting for me... My story has finally changed.. Thank God.. I would post my interview experience soon.
