-06/30/2020: Delivered by USPS and and signed by Chicago lockbox L Thomas.
-07/25/2020: received 4 NOA's via text messages.
-07/30/2020: received official NOA letters with rcpt numbers.
-08/05/2020: received RFIE asking for pay stubs and letter of employment for petitioner.
09/17/2020: mailed out RFIE to USCIS via USPS express mail.
-09/18/2020: RFIE delivered by USPS and signed by "DHS".
