I have got rejection of h1b last jan 2006 and now again i am going for h1b stamping in dec..lasttime as i dont have client letter properly they send me letter saying my case is suspended.pls let me know the chances of now getting visa..and what reason should i tell if they ask why visa got rejected lasttime...pls let m1 know %of chances..i am worreid..pls help me out..ps respond to this query..
