HAPPY pass my interview today, lady officier was mean>>>I greated her by saying Good morning and she replied whats good about it? from there my heart dropped,I was like oh GOD, to make things worste I had her for my green card interview, at which she ask for a DNA test result for my son($550).at n400 she called us then walked away from the door we were left standin for 15mns my lawyer called her supervisor to complaint.She came back and said we wern't there when she called us twice, but everyone saw it.Needless to say I was just a spectator when her and my lawyer went back and forth, ok then we sat down and my attorney was trying to explain there is couple mistakes I made on the application and that he handle my case at immigration court while back when i was picked up by ICE for a student visa violation.She shut him off by saying if she needs anything she will ask and literally told him she is focusing on my file, need quiet time., then told me to relax and seat back, at that time i was already sweating how could you relax.....??
Ok she took 20mns going tru pages of my file, then ask if thats my wife seating in the lobby( which reaffirm she saw me first time bcose wife was next to me and son too.) I answer yes, she ask whats her name? iI told her, then she went out and talk to my wife ask if this is my son???(she got The DNA test in my file!!!) then grabbed my wife ID. she checked the adress and names then proceed:
red my application at same time fixed errors, but she ask some questions twice like if i was in the army bck in my country? i said no, then she ask they dont draft kids there? i replied No.
next: this is what i can remember
she ask: who is in charge of the army?
whats the party of the president now?
who wrote declaration of independence?
name a state that border mexico?
there were 13 original states name three.
whats the two major political parties in usa?
Nailed all the answer only ask 6question total.

reading: told me to read this:
who elects the congress?
writting:
the people elect the congress.

Then she approved me we signed my application and some papers, then waited for the oath letter in the lobby for 1hr30mn. schedule one week away sweet after all made it Good luck guys And for Advice bring your spouse if you applying base on 3yrs marriage. been married for 7yrs(2005), got green card(2009), still dont count since its 3yrs after card.
She didnt ask for any kind of proofs at all. but I think mainly becose my lawyer was voluntairing them b4 she even ask, that irritated her.
