N-400 Falsely Claimed as US Citizen
Hi, I just got approved for 10 years green card from Conditional Green Card through Marriage w)USC. And I am planning to apply for N400 on July. Recently, I found out that my accountant claimed me as US Citizen for my Business tax form for LLC business, that my wife and I owned. I contacted my accountant and they fixed and amended our last two business tax return form that claim me as US citizen instead of my own nationality. I contacted my immigration lawyer and he was very confident that there will be no issue with my N-400 since I did not claim me as US Citizen for any benefit or any purpose and I already amended the tax return before USCIS challenges it. Do you guys think I am fine to apply N-400 and having no issue about this? I am still planning to say "yes" on question have you ever claimed yourself as US Citizen and write an explanation letter and also attached the amended tax return that state correct nationality.
