N-400 I-751 interview with pending DUI
I had my combo interview last week (I-751 and N-400) and got an RFE today asking about my DUI case (how it was resolved). The case is still pending (I have a court date in a couple of months). Will my N-400 case be denied if I submit my documents stating the case is still pending ?
What other documents can I submit? (character documents from my employer, family, friends). Will they be of any help ?
