Received notice on February 09, 2019 for Scheduling Biometrics appointment.
Biometrics was completed in WA on March 01, 2019.
I Moved from WA to NC in July 2019.
My application was transferred to North Carolina USCIS field office on August 13, 2019.
Scheduled Naturalization Interview for September 19, 2019.
Received two traffic speeding tickets (criminal cases) under class 1 and class 2 Misdemeanor in Virginia.
Naturalization Interview was conducted on September 19, 2019. I informed the pending traffic case details and submitted all the related documents.
Results were declared on the same day by IO like the following:
• You passed the English test and the US history and government test.
• USCIS will send you a written decision about your application.
• A decision cannot be made yet about your application.
I moved again from NC to Texas in March 2020.
My application was transferred to Texas USCIS field office in June 2020.
My traffic cases were dismissed in July 16, 2020 by Virginia Court.
I informed the traffic cases dismissal details to USCIS.
Received RFE from USCIS on July 22, 2020.
I submitted all the evidences for RFE on August 1, 2020.
How long will take decision from USCIS? What is the next course of action for Naturalization? I request you to give me suggestion for next steps. Thanks in advance.
