Immigration Interview Update & Seeking Advice 🤔
I had my N-400 interview in March, and unfortunately, the officer was quite harsh 🙅♀️. During the interview, she questioned my son's paternity, which was really surprising and upsetting 😔. In the RFE letter, she further requested my divorce decree 🤯. Although the RFE didn't specifically ask for DNA proof, I proactively submitted it along with other supporting documents to strengthen my case 📝.
It's been two weeks since I submitted the additional documents, and I'm starting to feel a bit anxious 😬. Should I be worried about the status of my application? Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated 🙏.
