I had my interview and passed the civic question but received a RFE-Request for Evidence for one item which was submitted two days afterwards.Can anyone tell me how long you will have to wait before an you get an answer.? I saw between 90 to 120 days.However, are they anyone who got their answer within 60days.I really have to travel soon.
In addition, does anyone know if your status is updated when the items are received?.I sent my documents by certified and overnight mailed and Iknow they were delivered and signed for the next day.by tracking it.This is over a month now and status my has not changed. It is still l stating R.FE was mailed.
