I applied for my citizenship on September 11, 2019. I did my N400 interview on March 11, 2021. After the interview, a passed the English, Civics, and Government Tests. But decision could not be made. IO requested for additional evidence. And after two days I submitted the evidence. And this evidence was for a criminal conviction of disorderly conduct, which I completed my probation by doing some domestic counseling program in 2019. The case was in 2015. And after I submitted certified copies off all documents including case disposition, document of probation completion, email from the police department that says the police report is no longer since it has been over 5 years.

Now, the IO has requested for copies of my current marriage certificate and copy of termination of my previous Marriage. I also submitted the copy online through my USCIS portal, since the request indicated that I can submit it through the portal. However, these second evidence requested are not certified copies since the IO did not say certified copies. The first evidence, the IO indicated that the evidence be certified copies.

Now, after submitting all of these evidence, my status change to: Your next milestone is: attend your interview: time until decision is made is 12 months.

So, is this a system triggered or does this indicate that my case will be resolved soon because I got a status on my Mobil phone about case update, but I did not see anything order than the previous status. Thank you. Please give me your thoughts.
