N400 Application
Hi N400 friends
We are very seniors ( 81+) and submitted our N400 in Feb 25 ( PD) and USCIS receipt dated 26th March, 2021. So far we have received and information for interview. Where as some who applied in May 2021, have already been interviewed and became citizens.
We do not know at what center our applications are being processed with our applications stating with IOE. I understand IOE means applications are filed electronically, actually it is not so, in our case it was a paper filing sent through Fedex. Initially the estimated time shown by myUSCIS site was 15 months, then 12 months and now 11 months. I do not know whether there will be any improvement. Because some people in their experiences indicated that they got the interview scheduled within 2 to 3 months after receipt of their applications. I do not know what criteria USCIS use for scheduling Interviews and whether there is any separate channel for seniors
