N400 Delayed - What can be done?
Hi there,
The 22 of this month will be 120 days after UCSIC received my RFE documents here at the office in downtown LA, but I have heard nothing yet. Is there anything that I can do once the case is out of normal processing time?
Also, on my online account it shows an Estimated time* until case decision:
approx. 4 months. Is this normal? It has already taken an eternity. What is happening?
