Hi All - Need some advise on how to answer this question.
"Are you a male who lived in the United States at any time between your 18th and 26th birthdays?
This does not include living in the United States as a lawful nonimmigrant."
I was on an F-1 Visa (lawful Nonimmigrant) until I turned 29 and then got my GC. Now I am over 31 and filling out N400.
Do I answer YES or NO to this question?
