NATURALIZATION APPEAL FORM N-336
Hi there, my wife filed for Naturalization in July 2018. After a series of interview she got denied in December 2019. However her lawyer advised her to appeal by filling form n-336. She got intervied in November 2020 and waited for decision. But on June 2021 they sent a letter for request more ducument. She was required to show evidence if she paid IRS the money she owed. She sent the receipts of payments in july 2021. Since that time, there is no answer and on the uscis website the status says “case under active review by USCIS” so my question, 1. How long will it take for decision? 2. Is it possible to withdraw and file naturalization again while an appeal still pending? Please advise!
