wish u a happy new year - 2008 and congratulations for the people who got H1B and all the best for the people who are awaiting.
well.. i am in a confusion now...can anyone plz suggest me..wat documents require to attend the embassy interview..
from the experiences in the immihelp.. i think..we need to have bank statements.. tax returns of the employer, photographs ..etc
but my employer has provided me..only the following things..
H1B - petition
LCA
Employee Agreement
Client Details
frm my previous company..
Employee Agreement
Salary Certificate
Pay slips..
only the above mentioned documents i am holding
do i need to have anymore...
plz help me... i am planning to take appoinment in the last week of jan..
