Need advice
Hey guys I need a advice about situation. We filed out the case on August Indianapolis field still waiting on fingerprint schedule. But i had one situation last night n im worried about if that can affect my case. So my wife got pulled over cause her back light didn't work but the officer smell **** in her car n arrest her for the blood test n everything. She didn't go to jail thanks God but she still got the court n I don't know if that can affect the case or not? She didn't have no drugs possession but the officer said she was driving under control drugs. So if someone can give me advices I will really appreciate. Thanks
