I married to a greencard holder who is now us citizen since July 2019. My Priority date is Feb 2017 and I130 got approved on September 2018 . I485 was filed October 2018 and now after 27 months still no interview has been scheduled. I’ve called many times and requested SR 6 times but every time it says case is within processing time! I’ve also asked the congresswoman and same result.
Based on processing time in San Francisco field office, my case will be outside of normal processing time in 20 days.
Do you guys think if I raise another SR there is a hope they schedule this interview?
