NEED ADVICE AND HELP
Hi everyone, hope everyone is doing great so I need your help or advice got a couple of question. So her we go.
I have been married to a US CITIZEN for 4 years now and I my I-751 case it has been pending for like 14months now so. My wife and me have been having issues in ours married so I kept asking her for help to apply for naturalization cause that way I can get better job and stuff like that. She did not want to help me to apply for naturalization because we have been having issues so I thought my. Wife was being selfish because she didn't want to help me so what I did I applied myself back on October 2020 without her knowing and she still does not know. I recently last week got my naturalization interview I passed it but the immigration officer says a decision could not be made cause I have to wait for the I-751 conditions to be removed first. So I now have both cases pending and my wife and me still having issues. And I am tired married it is hard and I am about to give up but I am afraid that I will be deported if I get a divorce and my cases are still pending. What do you guys think? By the way we have a child together.
