Need advice for our B2 application
We will be having our third B2 interview this August.
We have traveled outside of our country several times early this year.
I was issued a B1 before and was cancelled without prejudice because it was only valid for 3 months.
Our concern is my Mom-In-Law is currently in the US with an overstayed visa.
What will be the chances for a B2 visa?
