my sister married with us citizen and submitted her application I-145 and I-765 since 2018 and she went to interview back on April 2019 and since then no respond..and she have 2 kids growing kids back from home and bring them together when she came to USA and she applying for them together...but my question is that she need to travel to back to our country,it's possible for her to summit I-131 application for travel for her and the children?and when she summit the application can she pay any fee for that or just to mail I-131 forms..please any advice..Thanks Forum
