Hi guys !
What if case worker didn’t sent birth certificate for beneficiary( I’m from Ukraine and in USA now )wben submitted I485 , I130, I765 ? Are we going to get RFE ?
If so , maybe is better to call them and fax it ?
Don’t want to get a second RFE ( first was bc she’s forgot to add a tax transcript)
