Hello All,
I have few questions for EAD
1. How long does it takes to get the EAD in California State and which office to contact in California? Any link to check the EAD offices in U.S. ?
2. Once I apply for EAD do I need to be in U.S, or can I come back ?
3. Do they call again for Bio Metric? If yes after how many days ?
4.If I miss BioMetric can I do it again or do my EAD gets rejected and need to apply again?
I need all these details as I have not resigned from my current job in India and need to serve the notice period or what reason I can give to my current company for them to relieve me asap.
Appreciate to provide me with inputs at the earliest.
