Hi,
I have filed my H1 extension 2 months ago, not recevied the approval yet. My visa and I-94 is getting expired in the month of oct 2008.
I am planning to visit mexico for Visa stamping.
My questions are
1) Can i stay in US even my I-94 and visa is expired with valid I797?
2) If paln for visa stamping in mexico in monthe of nov/dec, what are the risks involved?
