Need help or Advice on DIVORCE!!
Hello everyone,
Married to US Citizen - june, 2017
Applied I-485 - August, 2019
I - 130 approved - Jan 2020
Interview scheduled - September, 2020
Interview didnt happened as our case was approved already on Feb 2020, so received GC in September one week after we went to the interview. When the card is received it has start date from Feb 2020 and Ive received GC for 10 years.
My problem is after we married i found she has drug problems and been to jail several times before we met and she has fraud cases on her and been to jail aswell. after we married she been using drug and couple of instances she been to hospital as she has overdosed. She also had an illegal affiar with a guy to, on several occasions they used to fight and had domestic violence cases on both them couple of times and been to jail and to court on this matter. All the time we were married she was harrasing me for money or she threaten me that she will call USICS. Couple of months ago she met with an accident and had surgeries for both of her legs so its been hell for me as she is constantly harassing me and demanding for money or else she will call USICS. It has been intensified after she knew i got a good paying job.
I recently got a great job as a software engineer in very big company. I cant stay in this marriage which is sucking the soul out of me.
So need advice on how deal with this situation and come out of this marriage.
