H1B, H4 Visa

hi friends!!

i am applying for h4 visa i stay in ahmedabad, my husband is in US and he is under advanced parole I-485 he has got the trvel permit.

i had applied for a visitor visa earlier which was refused.

now he has applied for H1 so that i can obtain H4 on that basis. but the problem i am getting very scared whether will i get the H4 or not.

Also i dont have an appointment date as of now i am waiting till my husband gets his H1 than only can i apply for an interview date. o want to know whther is there any way i can get an ealry date. i would be applying at mumbai.

and one more thing i am 2 months pregnant now so would it create any problem for me to obtain H4??

please anyone help me out, my husband is coming in end of november to attend his sisters wedding and we want to go together.
