I am planning to bring my parents to USA for 6 months and would like to take insurance for them. My father underwent a bypass surgery 10yrs ago. He is in good health now but I don't want to take any chances. Will someone please advise me on what kind of insurance to take based on good experiences they have had. I read a lot of complains about insurances not paying but did not get any info on a good insurance with good customer service and timely payment, be it Indian or American. Please help. Thanks.
