Hi, one of my friend who married to LPR , faced his interview couple of weeks ago. He got his permanent residence card. He was driving UBER without work authorization. It is a self employed job. But in i485 form yes/no questions, he said he did not do work without work authorization. The interviewer asked do you work? He said yes I do, it is a self employed job. But officer approved his case. So my question is , if someone do self employed job without EAD card, is that forgivable?
