Need suggestion
I am holding valid H1b with one employer and he is nt ready to send me because of not any projects.
Yesterday, I came to know that all his new H1-B petitions (around 25) are under RFE, and he has called one of the candidate in India that they can not proceed as they can't reply
to all of the USCICS questions. That means all H1-b are now waste.
Now, if I get a project myself through some vendor and get a client letter,
is it good to go for stamping as an employee of this employer?? ( since all new H1 are in RFE, they may put my stamping in RFE and if my employer doesn't respond the visa will be denied??)
