Need urgent help on I 944
Hello, guys I need your help on I 944. Has anyone filed I 944 without having medical insurance and got accepted. I am really stuck in this form. I am filling for my wife who is in (US) on students visa. She has active visa status. She is unemployed because have no work authorization. she has good education also have some occupational training certificates.she has no problem speaking or writing in English. My only problem is we both does not have medical insurance and my parents are co sponsors. If I file I 944 by telling that My wife do not have medical insurance. Does not having medical insurance count as Public charge? She is healthy and has no medical condition and we never gets any public benefits. Please guys what should I do in this situation please advise me on this. Please any anyone share your experience with I 944 and have no medical insurance.
