Hey Guys,
I am from Bronx, NY so I guess my field office in NY, NY. And the office that is processing my application is NBC.
I’ve been a reader of this forum for a long time but it is the first time I posted something.
Here is my timeline.
Sent I-765, I-485, I-130 on July 25th, 2017 (based on marriage to USC).
On July 27th, 2017 form I-765 and I-130 was received.
On August 1st, 2017 fingerprint fee for Form I-485 was accepted.
On August 25th, 2017 I got my fingerprints taken.
Since then no news.
I put a service on the 75th day because there was no answer on my I-765, after 30 days without answer I out 2nd service request which they said will take 5 days, after no answer on 2nd service request I submitted 3rd service request and I am waiting. Overall it has been 110 days since I filed my I-765. When I checked processing times online it’s said that they are reviewing cases from September 2017, mine was submitted way before that and I have no answer still. Guys I am so worried I won’t receive my EAD (and I have a job waiting for me) please share your timelines with me, I would very much appreciate it.
