Need your help! I130 is withdrawn/I485 denied
Hello everyone, I need your advice so much, as I am devastated of everything that was happening..
Try to make the long story short: me and my daughter came to US, applied for asylum with the lawyer (our status was asylum pending). Later I met my husband (US Citizen), we got married. He petitioned for me and my daughter (I130 petition) and we applied for adjustment of status (i485). Unfortunately my husband appeared to be very abusive and manipulative. we have been living 2 years, constantly abused by my husband in many different ways. In July 2021 I went to the scheduled interview by myself, explained everything to the officer, just literally seeking for help. It is so hard to live in the hostile environment.. especially when your daughter is suffering as well..Anyway, after that interview my status was remained Case must be reviewed. After that my husband begged me for forgiveness, that he will never ever hurt me. Unfortunately, he did. In November he physically abused me, spitted on my face and strangled me. Police was called, Full stay away order of protection has been issued by criminal court. It is still in place and my husband is having hearings there. Meanwhile another interview was scheduled (interview notice was addressed to him). He informed me about that, and tried to manipulate. I am deadly afraid of him. So he went to the interview (December 17) by himself. Yesterday I received separate mails for me and my daughter. My letter stays that i130/i485 have been denied. My daughters mail states that i130 petition has been withdrawn and 1485 denied. Both our mails state that our authorized stay in the country has expired and we have to leave in 33 days. But how is expired if we have asylum pending?? Anyway, I sent this information to the lawyer, but because of 3 days holidays I will not get any response...I tried my best to save our marriage, to help my husband with his mental health, be supportive, kind, did all the work around the house, also work full time to support our family financially .. but he just humiliated me over and over.
I am dead inside after what happened with him strangulating me. And now also this problem on top of that. Please, any help, any advise, anything, please help us...
