My husband a USC is recently applied for our two minor biological sons (9 & 13 years old) we sent this package to Chicago Lockbox (I-130, I-485 & I-765). I just realized that we forgot to include the new USCIS I-944 form, do you think they will reject their applications because of that?
And I don't know iv minor I-485 applicants are required or not to submit that form either, any clue anyone?

March 21, 2020: Mailed AOS package: I-130, I-485, I-765.
March 24 ,2020: Package delivered to USCIS Chicago Lockbox
