Hi all,
I always go on this forum to read about other people's experiences - my card is being produced today so wanted to share my experience as well.
San Francisco Filer
Married to a USC, app processed at NBC
Currently on OPT (non-stem), set to expire June 16, 2020
11/19/2019 - PD for I-485, I-131, I-765
12/13/2019 - Biometrics Appt
1/14/2020 - RFIE notice sent
1/29/2020 - RFIE response received
3/16/2020 - Interview Ready to be Scheduled for I-485
4/24/2020 - Filed an Expedite Request on the phone for EAD (I-765)
4/28/2020 - Response sent to my request to have my case expedited
4/28/2020 - I faxed over a letter from my current company saying that they will terminate my employment in June if I do not receive an EAD by then
5/4/2020 - New EAD card is being produced!!
Really hoping all this virus stuff blows over soon so I can go home to visit my family. Don't lose hope everyone! Feel free to ask me any questions here, happy to help.
