NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED. I thought I’d never read these words. I am attempting to write this between all the tears. I can’t believe this. You guys are the first people I wanted to tell. I don’t know what it is that I’m feeling but I hope you guys feel it too, as soon as possible.
My timeline:
May 13, 2019: receipt date for I-485, I-130, I-765 and I-131.
June 10: fingerprints
Beginning of August: RFE (tax returns and birth certificate translation)
September 9: RFE response received
December 2nd and 3rd: submitted inquiries for EAD and AP being outside processing time. They were never processed.
Dec 6: reached out to congressman’s office
January 17: congressman’s office tells me my case is awaiting prima fascie eligibility confirmation
January 24: case ready to be scheduled for interview
January 27: new card being produced.
I don’t know where I’d be if it wasn’t for this forum and my husband’s support. I can’t thank you guys enough. Love to you all. You’ve got this.
